De Michelin Latitude Cross 265/65R17 112H wordt door veel SUV- en 4x4-rijders geroemd om de sterke grip op natte wegen, modderige paden en gras. De band is opvallend stil en comfortabel voor een all‑terrain profiel, waardoor hij prettig is voor dagelijks gebruik op de weg. Tegelijk biedt hij betrouwbare tractie op lichte offroad-routes zoals grind en veldwegen. Een vaak genoemd minpunt is dat de slijtage niet altijd past bij de relatief hoge aanschafprijs: sommige gebruikers vinden de levensduur slechts gemiddeld. Perfekte Symbiose von Sommer- und Geländereifen für den Alltagsgebrauch. Sehr hoher Komfort aufgrund der Dämpfung durch die hohen Profilblöcke. Dabei ausreichend griffig, so dass keine Unsicherheiten auftauchen. Auch auf der Autobahn nur unmerklich lauter als normale Sommerreifen. Habe die Reifen vor allem angeschafft, um sicher von matschigen Campingwiesen, Feldwegen etc. runter zu kommen. Das hat im vergangenen Winter sehr gut funktioniert, wie ich x-mal ausprobieren konnte. Von daher klare Empfehlung für diesen Einsatzzweck.
