Old Spice Original, spicy, fresh, shower feeling. A scent that reminds me of my youth. This is how my dad smelled after a fresh shave or when he came back from the sea. I only wear the fragrance when I’m dressed in black and find myself in a dark club night at a Depeche Mode concert. The scent is truly not a compliment getter or an everyman fragrance. The sillage and longevity are unfortunately not very strong. Too much sprayed can also backfire significantly. A fragrance that lets me drift back into the past.

....By "mature, well-off gentlemen"? I can also "reach for the bottle," as I, too, enjoy it as a woman. One or two spritzes on the arms, two or three drops on the neck, these scents are delightful. With fine charm, the day begins. It comes across lightly oriental, with lemon freshness and spices. A special feature: the combination of allspice and clove, supported by delicate blossoms. Later, it becomes balsamic-warm with cinnamon, smoke, woods, and dark vanilla. Always with small "playful" touches of aldehydes and cool iris. A "small but fine daytime fragrance" with moderate longevity and quite discreet sillage. But must one always drag a long scent trail behind? Sometimes a subtle scent aura that wraps around the wearer like a second skin is enough. Certainly not "too precious" to use only after shaving. Yet a fragrance like this can scent much more than just a man's face. "Repurposing"? YES, PLEASE!
