Only thing it needs is a on off switch dont really like that you have to remove batteries to turn it off....

This remote is 1) way over-priced, and 2) broke after 18 months. Worked as advertised for an 18-month window, but stopped working after a comparatively short time. I am a strong Nikon supporter, but this is not a durable or long-lasting product. If it were $40, I wouldnt say anything. But $160 for a piece of plastic, and a wire, that breaks-down in less than two years has made me a Vello accessory shopper for my Nikon cameras.

I frequently used this intervalometer for time-lapse and night photography for 1.5 years. As with most of these devices, after a short period of time, it stopped working due to cheap wiring. You would think for $159 it would last longer...
