At first glance, the Insta360 Go 3S might look like its twin, the Go 3, but it’s packed with exciting upgrades. With dazzling 4K video, fun new modes, and improved waterproofing, this little powerhouse is ready to capture all your adventures in stunning detail.

The Insta360 Go 3S is hands down one of the most fun cameras I've ever tried. It really pushes you to get creative in ways your phone or bigger cameras just can't. I love snapping it onto random spots with the magnet—it's perfect for capturing unique angles of everyday life, like even underwater, haha! I also clipped it onto my daughter's chest, and it was such a blast. You catch all these little moments you'd normally miss. We're all totally loving it!

Now that it can shoot in 4K, the Insta360 Go 3S is easily the go-to action camera that I'll recommend to most people, whether they be content creators or casual videographers who just want to capture their next holiday. With that said, the downgrade in battery life may make the Insta360 Go 3 a better buy for some, and there's a definite slant towards iPhone users with several Apple-exclusive features that are sure to make Android users feel hard done by. Still, there's plenty to love here and as of yet, nothing comes close to the level of portability the Go series offers.

Starting at $399.99 for the 64 GB version, the Insta360 Go 3S offers notable upgrades in resolution, enhanced waterproofing, and various new features that make it more adaptable for capturing action-packed moments. While the 30 FPS limit at 4K and the absence of external mic support might not satisfy everyone, the Go 3S remains a versatile, user-friendly choice for those looking for a compact, hands-free action camera. Ideal for adventurers and creators alike, it brings improved performance in a streamlined package.
