The AKASO V50X is an acceptable choice for action video. It can record 4k video at 30 fps without a crop, which is fair but doesn't allow for smooth slow-motion video. Its selection of frame rates in FHD is somewhat limited, as it's incapable of recording above 90 fps in this resolution. That said, it comes with a variety of accessories that make it simple to mount to a helmet or a bike's handlebars, and its clear plastic case is advertised to render it water-resistant and rugged, though we don't currently test for this.

I don’t understand why people are not very happy with the camera quality?! I found it working very cool and quality of the image is very nice! Also, i tested 4K with 30fps and i am very satisfied with an outcome. Also, I didn’t need to spend an extra money for accessories that this camera already has, not even talking about wireless control remote Donno why people always complain?! It is seriously good camera for it’s price and i am happily shooting everything that i need in good quality. Not even mentioning that the camera has a wifi and i can share videos with my friends on Instagram and facebook without transferring the files from camera to laptop and from laptop to phone and only THEN able to post them... So, guys don’t expect $5000-$10000 camera’s feature in a little tiny camera, be realistic. It does what it says!

There are too many things which i have to say. First of all i really loved it. Totally amazed me with all the function but i will start from camera quality first as it is the most important thing for me. It is great that in 4k i can record video up to one hour. This is really what i need. I am siting home all day and decided to give it try in my garden. The video quality is more and more than perfect. It is very clean and especially what i mentioned is, it stabilizes video by making all the shakes very smooth. I used to have action camera before but it was broken in my trip. But truly i loved how the screen of this action camera is. The screen quality in top and i can feel it when i am touching the screen. Also it is good that it connects with wifi very fast. I haven't tried it in rain or in water but i hope it will be okay as well. Veryy happy of different accessories which comes in box. Definitely will purchase for my brother as gift becuase the packaging style amazed me.

I gave this to my daughter for Christmas so she could take it to Hawaii for her 40th birthday. Unfortunately she didn't get it out of the box until early February not long before her trip.this is what she told me today"Go pro took ages to switch on at all... then after a few minutes it went haywire, looked like tv when it goes on white noise mode, all scattered. Then when we pulled battery out to reset it, wouldn't work at all again! We think it has a faulty connection with the battery.." I have always had great deals from Amazon so I'm very disappointed. She had to go to Hawaii without the GoPro.
