I need to extend my office range and this was just what I needed

I have two of these extenders in my house and they have eliminated dead spots completely. I now have good wi-fi reception all over which was essential for my smart switches that I have deployed throughout my house, inside as well as outside.

As others have noted, setting up the router is quite simple, and I managed to get the blue lights on as required. However, I was disappointed in the range of the extender . I bought it to reach a room fairly far from the router, but I find that the signal in the room is still very weak. It's not quite useless, but it's not quite what I was hoping for.

After checking all the reviews on this product I decided to give it a try. Could however not get it to work with my Mikrotik wifi router. Tried to install it myself at firts and even had my internet service provider try to perform the setup but they eventually concluded that it isn't compatible with my router. Had to return it.
