My time spent at the oblivion
This was my first order @BCC and the worst customer service experience. Yes, of course not a new one, I order a Koelkast at the outlet of BCC. I order Proline TTR110WH and receive a different model proline TTR91WH.
I call the customer service number to make a complaint, where the average wait time to get connected being 8-15 minutes. They hear that I receive a wrong product and take the order number and inform me that they would call me in sometime. Later I find the definition for this sometime is never. I wait for 2 days and call them again, this time the conversation was very unpleasant when asked for a solution and ends up with the same response "reach back to you in some time". I wait for 2 more days, this time my Dutch friend calls up the customer care, and the conversation goes nicer and faster. However, the solution I end up is having no product and my time spent in an oblivion.
This is such a bad service not appreciating your valuable time and I have to spend more time to have them pick up the wrong order, and order a new one ?elsewhere.
