[Employee of philipsglobal] Very complete package but still a very expensive toothbrush.Hope it'll last long also have my quenstions with the glass to charge in (dangerous in a bathroom) and the connection to the app is mildly said poor.

[Employee of philipsglobal] I bought this electric brush last week and it already became my fav. The design is very elegant (especially with black one). The opportunity to recharge the brush without removing from the travel case is a great feature for me. Also charging glass looks very nice in my bathroom. When it comes to functionality, I realized that I was not brushing very well before but was not aware! App tells you which areas you should go back and it's fantastic! Only I could not find tongue cleaning feature yet. Overall, I'm in love with my brush and totally satisfied.

With this toothbrush being a premium product you would expect this to have no issues but this has developed an internal rattling noise and doesn’t work correct!Customer services couldn’t offer a replacement as I didn’t have a receipt dated back from purchase…
