We love the way the Foreo Issa 2 looks and feels. In most circumstances its long brushing area provides a good, efficient clean, but a lack of penetration becomes apparent when dealing with very stringy food leftovers – be sure to pair it with a regular flossing regime. And the battery life claims are astonishing, even if we can’t confirm them from a week of testing.

This is the second Foreo toothbrush I have had to purchase (on the first one the shaft snapped off as I was replacing the brush head) and the second (purchased in April this year) has failed to charge. I have tried resetting it (in case it had slipped into the travel lock mode) and, although the light comes on, the brush is as dead as a dodo. Amazon don’t seem to provide any return details, for failures within the guarantee period so a very expensive lesson learnt for me. To be fair, my wife is still on her original Foreo toothbrush and is more than happy with her experience.
